Performance Marketing Specialist
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE?
- Manage accounts and perform performance analysis on digital advertising platforms, primarily Google Ads.
- Analyze issues in ad accounts and produce effective solutions.
- Develop and manage effective campaign strategies for our global target markets, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
- Improve the management of existing ad accounts and develop strategies to increase ad performance.
- Managing campaign optimization and the launch process of new ad accounts.
- Design advertising campaigns suitable for the company's target audience and focus on ROI (Return on Investment).
- Develop campaign strategies that are compliant with Google Ads policies and take necessary actions to resolve potential account issues.
- Prepare performance reports for ads, share them with management, and offer strategic recommendations.
- Contributing to our process development by generating creative ideas
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Experienced in digital advertising, particularly in managing successful campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a results-oriented approach.
- Great knowledge of Google Ads policies and ad management processes.
- Experienced in developing global advertising strategies, particularly in target markets like the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with deep experience in campaign management in these regions.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in performance optimization and developing creative strategies to ensure account sustainability.
- Sensitive to ethical advertising and compliance with legal regulations.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 panels.
- Capable of taking quick action, strong communication skills, and a team player.
- Proficiency in English.
- Able to effectively use AI tools.
- Open to continuous learning and willing to improve.
