WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOUR ROLE?
- To provide support for the customers on our e-commerce site according to their requests through the phone, WhatsApp, and live support chat,
- Following orders through our e-commerce management panel and leaving the customer satisfied,
- Eliminating problems in existing applications and supporting new developments.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish,
- Customer-oriented problem-solving skills to identify the primary reasons and recommend corrective actions,
- A good team member with good communication skills for speaking with customers from all over the world,
- Eager to embrace flexible shift hours and keen on maximizing productivity by working from home, avoiding the daily commute.

Representative Shifts: 06:00-15:00 / 12:00-21:00 / 15:00-24:00 / 21:00-06:00
BackOffice Shifts: 06:00-15:00 / 14:00-23:00 / 21:00-06:00
